thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Please carefully read the rules below. I reserve the right to refuse you on any of these points without limitations. Just because it's not in the rules does not mean you cannot be refused. I look forward to working with you.
commission terms and conditions
The Commissioner must DM me via Discord, tiktok (You may email me as well.) I ask that I am treated with respect and patience. If I feel I am being treated with hate, aggression, or any sort of bullying, I have the right to cancel a commission at any point in the process.

Not for tracing or for sites like Picrew. Not for trades or adopts. DO NOT commission me if you are financially unable. Do not deny yourself food/meds/self-care etc. for this purchase, There are no freebies and no sob stories. No unprofessional behavior. payment
PayPal is required. All currency must be converted to united states dollar's (USD). PayPal sometimes does not have an accurate conversion rate, so we may need to use Google if you are paying with something other than USD to verify that PayPal is correct. I will be taking the payment upfront. I will need a name and the email that you use for PayPal. Tips are accepted, but not required.
cancellations:
There are no refunds. You will be provided many chances to make changes along the way. Again, if you are unable, please don't make a request. If I am the one canceling your commission, you will receive a refund depending on how much of the artwork is finished.
Time frame
Time to complete the commission shouldn’t take more than one month, however my aunt depends on me, sometimes longer than expected so I can't say I'll fully be free when life happens. If a deadline is included for a gift, then let me know immediately.
After discussing payment and/or references for the commissioned piece, I will try to give you an estimated timeline and the exact price of your commission. If you need it done sooner, rush fees will be added.
I will keep you updated throughout the process. (Sketch, Line Art, Color, Background)
Delivery and Posting:
The commissioner will not receive any physical products. After the commissioner has paid the full invoice, I will send them the finished, high resolution art files as pngs and jpegs via email or social media of your choice. Every commission work still belongs to me, flowoii from obloomingheartso, and I have the right to post these works on social media, create educational content with them, etc.
Rights
As a creator, I hold the rights to my work no matter what content it depicts, other's OCs or otherwise. Upon payment, I give the commissioner permission to, repost, print, and share any artwork created for them with proper credit.== My commissions are strictly for personal use. Commissioners do NOT have the right to sell or redistribute my work unless payment for the right is specifically given.(purchase not available yet). Giving rights to my work is a special circumstance that needs proper consultation and agreement in writing==
